Who Am I

contactI am an integrative medicine practitioner, homeopath and sound healer; my intention is to create circles of peace and healing, to support the raising of vibration of all beings around the world and to empower the re-greening of our Earth. I have 14 quartz crystal singing bowls.
I am a life and health coach, homeopath, sound healer, Reiki master, Quantum touch practitioner, breath worker, nurse and have expertise in many healing modalities.   I
play 14 beautiful quartz crystal singing bowls.
I have over 25 years experience in the Mind-Body-Spirit healing field. I bridge together orthodox and complimentary therapies having had years of experience in both worlds. I have been practicing as a homeopath since 1988.
I have developed expertise in a number of distinct therapies and apply them in a complimentary fashion with my clients in many areas such as overcoming drug dependency, depression, post viral fatigue syndrome, anxiety, asthma , cancer, HIV and many chronic diseases.
As a mental health practitioner I worked on the “frontline” with homeless people on the streets of London. I have supported people in overcoming dependencies on prescribed and street drugs as well as alcohol. I also facilitate people through their healing process with anger release work. I am general and mental health nurse as well as counselor and facilitator of conscious breath-work.
In my work I use ritual and ceremony recognising that all healing comes from spirit.
I have traveled widely and had many teachers. I have spent much time in Bali, Indonesia, where I learnt much about the importance of ceremony, honouring of ourselves, our ancestors, our community and our environment.
I have been involved in various forms of dance and incorporate the breath, yoga and the spirit of dance in my work. I am the mother of two grown-up children.

I am very grateful to Rashani for her permission to share these beautiful words which for me represent the healing journey, the wordless and sacred and very much what the crystal sound is about.

There is a brokenness
out of which comes the unbroken,
a shatteredness
out of which blooms the unshatterable.
There is a sorrow
beyond all grief which leads to joy
And a fragility out of whose depths emerges strength.

There is a hollow space
too vast for words
Through which we pass with each loss,
Out of whose darkness
we are sanctioned into Being.

There is a cry deeper than all sound,
whose serrated edges cut the heart
as we break open to the place inside
which is unbreakable and whole
while learning to sing.

These beautiful words of Neem Karoli Baba, Maharaji, speak to me of the Essence, of Divine Oneness, and I feel Sacred Sound embodies this quality for us all to embrace and receive in this time of our planets awakening into greater consciousness,

I am like the wind
No one can hold me
I belong to everyone
No one can own me
The whole world is my home
All are my family
I live in every heart
I will never leave thee

Deepening TRUST
In the words of the Dalai Lama, “Never give up, No matter what is going on, Never give up Develop the heart, Too much energy in your country is spent developing the mind instead of the heart. Be compassionate, Not just to your friends, But to every one, Be compassionate, Work for peace In your heart and in the world, Work for peace And I say again, Never give up, No matter what is happening, No matter what is going on around you.
At the end of one of his talks, someone from the audience asked the Dalai Lama: “why didn’t you fight back against the Chinese?” The Dalai Lama looked down, swung his feet just a bit, then looked back up and said with a gentle smile: “well, war is obsolete, you know” Then, after a few moments, his face grave, he said: “of course the mind can rationalize fighting back, but the heart would never understand. Then you would be divided in yourself, the heart and the mind, and the war would be inside you.”

Finally these immortal words of inspiration…

Love and serve all humanity
Help everyone.
Be Happy. Be courteous
Be a dynamo of irrepressible joy.
Recognise God and goodness in every face.
There is no saint without a past
and no sinner without a future.
Praise everyone.
If you cannot praise someone…
Let them out of your life.
Be original. Be inventive.
Be courageous.
Take courage again and again.
Do not imitate. Be strong. Be upright.
Do not lean on the crutches of others.
Think with your own head. Be yourself.
All perfection and every divine virtue are hidden
within you…reveal them to the world.
Wisdom, too, is already within you…
let it shine forth.
Let the Lord’s Grace make you free.
Let your life be that of a rose…
in silence,
it speaks the language of fragrance.
